License

SIX ERP is licensed on a one-off installation fee and an annual recurring fee. Therefore licensing cost is not dependent on the number of users who use the system, but the resources made available to the system to function properly. SIX offers various pricing tiers which - based on an estimated number of users provide to the system the capabilities to work as expected. For more information on the precise pricing model, please visit the respective page.

Software provided by SIX ERP grants customers a non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to use the software for the agreed licensing period and terms. This license will permit such use by Customer and any person authorized by Customer to use the Service, provided that Customer shall be responsible for all uses of the Service as provided in this Agreement. This license will commence upon SIX ERPs acceptance of the Customer’s subscription for the Service and will terminate immediately upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason.

Maintenance

SIX ERP is a fully managed service. Starting from Configuration to Maintenance and Support, everything is included in the annual licensing fee. There is no hidden or intransparent cost involved. 

Support

24/7 Support is included in every subscription. Subscribers to our service get full access to our support system. During the initial onboarding process, you will even get live phone support!
